This beautiful, frilly leafed green is a wonderful addition to your salads. This mustard is used when the leaves are small in salads and in braising mixes. Grow it quickly for the best tasting greens. Slow to bolt and will grow well throughout the hot summers.

MIZUNA(Annual) - This easily grown herb is ideal for spring or fall planting. Plant seed about 1 /4" deep. Use leaves when they are very young. Replant through the season for continuous harvests of pepper flavored leaves. More mild than Arugula and very quick growth.
