This is an absolutely fantastic green that is spicy and delicious. It is very easy to grow from seed or started indoors before the last frost. It prefers cool weather and can get rather bitter in the Tucson summers. For delicious greens, plant succession starters and keep them trimmed. 30 days.

ARUGULA (Annual) - This easily grown herb is ideal for spring or fall planting. Plant seed about 1 /4" deep. Use leaves when they are very young. Argiula does very well when planted in pots. Replant through the season for continuous harvests of peppery flavored leaves.
