Planting Information
This beautiful plant has grey-green leaves and stunning light blue flowers. Borage is an excellent source of potassium, calcium, and other natural minerals. This hardy herb grows 12-18 inches tall and can spread over a 4 square foot area. Young leaves may be used in salads or cooked like spinach. The flowers are also edible. This is an easy herb to grow and is a wonderful component in any herb bed. (Annual)

Borage
(Annual) - This herb prefers a light well composted soil. Seed directly in the garden, borage does not transplant well. In constant bloom, borage attracts bees. The edible flowers are a stunning blue and star shaped. Young leaves are excellent in salads. A single plant can spread over a four foot area.
