Planting Information
This herb grows 18-24 inches tall. The seeds are delicious with a sweet, licorice flavor. The seeds are most often used in cakes, tea and beverages. The leaves can also be used in cooking as well. Sown with coriander (cilantro), anise will germinate better. (Annual)

(Annual) - Sow seeds in rows at a depth of 1 /4". Lightly composted soil is recommended. Plant when soil is warm, after last frost. They should sprout in 4 - 6 days.
