These small plants produce beautiful double flowers that can be more than an inch across. The colors include orange, gold and yellow with some variegated flowers. MARIGOLD (Annual) - Sow seeds when soil temperature is warm. Marigolds are very easy to grow. In addition to their beauty, they repel bugs. Save some border space to plant these wonderful flowers. Cover seed with 1 /4" or fine soil and leave about a foot between each plant.
