Distance Between Plants (after thinning): 4-6" apart
Distance Between Rows:
30" apart or may be grown in hills
Raised Bed Planting Information: After thinning, plants should be 6" apart throughout bed.
Soil Type Recommended:
does well in most soil. Feed regularly with
compost.
HARVEST: Harvest ears when kernels are plump and
full of milky liquid. Silk tassels will be dark brown and moist.
Note:
corn does not transplant well.
