This variety is absolutely delicious and very mild flavored. In climates not conducive to growing celery, Pak Choi makes an excellent substitute. The early non-heading cabbage produces pure white stalks with small dark green leaves. Slow to bolt in hot weather. Also called Bok Choi or Pak Choy. 50 days.
